Responsible for driving market position through relationship building, driving ROI, implementing technology to improve efficiencies in usability and tracking, negotiating favorable deals, securing strategic alliances, developing effective marketing, sales and operations plans, and closing deals with top decision makers internally and with external partners.

Prior to joining Boardriders, Jennifer led the e-Commerce teams at Overstock, Teleflora, True Religion, HUF, GUESS, Karen Kane, Chinese Laundry, Black Halo, Holden Outerwear, and Halston.
Additionally, Jennifer’s career history includes over 10 years of experience leading teams in the publishing and local industry.
