Josh Friedman has served in various eCommerce leadership roles for the last 12 years, across pure-play and bricks-and-clicks retailers. He led JCPenney.com and their omnichannel programs for 4 years after 12 years at Dell.com, including leading their consumer and small business sites. Josh is now at the Neiman Marcus Group building out their digital assortment initiatives. He started his ecommerce career in Web Analytics, and continues to have a passion for the analytical approach to driving ecommerce businesses, serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas at Dallas Jindal School of Management.
